Bags made of bubble film or expanded polyethylene protect fragile items and are used in different fields. Sealer model M60 allows you to make such bags and to seal them after inserting the item to pack. The standard model can seal up to cm 60 width. Upon request the sealer is supplied cm 80 or cm 100 wide.

Sealer M60 can be placed on any table and works on single-phase AC.

Consumption is only kw 0,8, and only during the sealing time.

The sealing cycle is fully automatic, activated by pedal.

Sealing time, cooling time and re-opening of the jaws are regulated by electronic regulators. Jaws move by compressed air.

An optional silent mini-compressor can be supplied for use where compressed air is not available.

In addition to bubble film and expanded PE films, sealer model M60 can weld any PE bags, even with gussets, up to 200 microns, and non-woven fabrics, such as Tyvek, Corovin an other polyolefinic materials.
