This device produces a longitudinal weld obtained by blowing hot compressed air. It is a modular device and is separated from the machine body. The device is composed of a sturdy steel frame, alluminium idle rollers, a counter pressure calander, a blowing nozzle with a semi-circular shape and a straw resistance to heat the compressed air.

The group is provided with thermoregualtion and electric control board as well as with pneumatic installation.

Every time the machine is stopped, the nozzle, run by a pneumatic actuator, lifts automatically while an electro-valve blocks the air flow.

Device complete with trims suction electro-fan unit.

Voltage: 230 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).
