Electronic attachment for the automatic sealing of soft-loop handles to shopping bags.

Production of up to 120 shots/minute Equipped with a PLC to manage all functions related to the insertion and sealing of soft handles and a pneumatic actuator servo-mechanism controlled by an electronic board for the soft-loop handle material feeding and folding. Pneumatic actuators with proximity switches, digital and independent thermoregulators and a display to diagnose the system's operative status. Upper and lower welding group temperature control and adjustment including right/left side.

The SH8 (soft-loop handle attachment) has a very compact mono block structure, positioned on one side the machine's frame with the possibility of sliding on prismatic rails.

The attachment also includes a double unwinder able to fit two soft-loop handle reels, max diameter 500 mm or 20 inches

The minimum width of the shopping bags is 300 mm or 12 inches.

Voltage: 230-400 Volt / 50 Hz (different Voltage upon request).
